REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel confident and secure in every Armorly purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
SECTION 1 - RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Do not send your purchase back without prior authorization.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
SECTION 2 - EXCHANGES
If you ordered the wrong size or need a different model, we’re happy to help. Contact us at: info@armorlylabs.com
within 30 days of delivery to begin the exchange process.
Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
SECTION 3 - REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SECTION 4 - DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at: info@armorlylabs.com
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on the situation.
SECTION 5 - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Custom items or special-order products
- Used or damaged items not due to our error
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, we will provide a return address once your request is approved.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
