We want you to feel confident and secure in every Armorly purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
GENERAL POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging.

All returns undergo a inspection and approval process before being finalized.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
SECTION 1 - RETURNS
To return:
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Once approved, we’ll issue a refund minus shipping costs
If you would like to make a return and your product is in new, unused condition, simply follow these 3 steps:
- Submit your return request online at https://armorly.returnscenter.com.

Ship your items back once your return request has been approved.
- Once we receive your returned products and confirm that they are in new, unused condition, we will proceed with the refund. your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SECTION 2 - EXCHANGES
If you ordered the wrong size or need a different model, we’re happy to help. You could easily submit your exchange request online at https://armorly.returnscenter.com.
To exchange:

You pay for the return shipping.

We cover shipping on your replacement item.
Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
SECTION 3 - DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on the situation.
SECTION 4 - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Custom items or special-order products
- Used or damaged items not due to our error
