Thank you for shopping with Armorly. We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and reliably. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.


SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

We currently offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders, excluding Connecticut and New York. Estimated delivery times: 3–7 business days Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
CANADIAN ORDERS
Armorly is pleased to offer shipping to Canada. All Canadian orders are shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment center. Shipping charges are not included in the product price and will be calculated based on the specific product, package weight, destination, and carrier rates. Customers are responsible for all applicable shipping charges associated with delivery to Canada. Shipping costs will be displayed and collected prior to order fulfillment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and carrier transit times. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by Canadian authorities are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. SECTION 3 - ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

You can also contact us at info@armorlylabs.com if you have not received your tracking number or have any delivery concerns.


SECTION 4 - LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Armorly is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please:

  • Check your surroundings and with neighbors
  • Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number
  • Then contact us to see how we can assist you


SECTION 5 - DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: info@armorlylabs.com

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
